I am able to get my point across  with docs when detailing information and setting up command structure in my squad or regiments.[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]Describe your plans on what you will do with the battalion: My goal with Delta Squad is to make the people in it the best they can be and making sure that they understand that humility and hard work is the only forward to greatness and being able to completing the tasks they will face. Training will be the Norm for a Delta member with Squad PT happening daily along with Squad training exercises finishing up the daily training. Each member of Delta will have specialized training to ensure they are highly proficient in their MOS along with cross specialization training to make sure that all of them can easily rotate into each others roles if emergencies happens. [/color] [color=#e2e2e2]How much do you know about this battalion’s lore (1-10)?: 9[/color] [color=#e2e2e2]How will you run tryouts (be brief) ?: I will not be doing tryouts. Instead I will have a Selection process where I will talk with  Commanders and the Marshal Commander about potential RC candidates and from there pick out multiple people and run them through screening for roughly 1-2 weeks and pick out only the finest candidates.
